The latest ropeway technology has come to the Igrišta – Vlasenica skiing area in the form of a new detachable 6-seater chairlift from LEITNER. Since its takeover by OC Jahorina in 2021, the resort is gradually being modernized to take it to the next level over the coming years. The new ropeway – christened “Javor” – represents a significant milestone in this development process. With a maximum capacity of 3,000 passengers per hour, the system marks a major step-up in quality at the skiing area. Thanks to the high capacity and stateof- the-art features, it increases comfort levels for skiers and snowboarders while also helping to increase the appeal and competitiveness of the resort as a whole.
