CD8C INTERSKI - MEDVEDIA KOPA

The new 8-seater chairlift “Interski – Medvedia Kopa” marks an important milestone in infrastructure development at the Štrbské Pleso ski area. The modern ropeway improves access to the main slopes and provides a high-capacity, comfortable and reliable service. It climbs 190 meters in altitude over its total length of over 1 kilometer and can transport up to 2,400 passengers per hour at a speed of 5 m/s. The system catches the eye with its elegant gold design and is the first ropeway in either Slovakia, Czech Republic or Poland to feature a Pininfarina station. The quality displayed in the chairs stands out just as much, with golden leather upholstery, seat heating and advanced wind stabilization guaranteeing optimum ride comfort.
