CableCrane – Gibe

For the first time a cable crane has been used for the construction of an RCC dam, the cable crane is used to move equipment within the site and reposition the conveyor belts used to transport the RCC achieving a considerable reduction of the non-productive time of the equipment.

One of the main characteristics of the cable crane is the 70 meter fixed tower, a challenge both in design and erection.
