Process:

Fill out "repair request"

Please fill out the "repair request" form, which is available for download on our website www.leitner.com under the "Service" menu as a PDF file. You will also find the corresponding guide to help you fill out the form.

Submit "repair request"

Send the completed „repair request“ to spareparts@leitner.com by email. Our Repair Management team will promptly take care of it and contact you as soon as possible.

Receipt of device

After receiving your “repair request”, we will provide you with an RMA code and all necessary details for the pickup of your device. LEITNER will take care of the organization of the pickup for you.

Cost estimate

After a careful analysis of the device, we will send you a cost estimate that includes all necessary repairs.

Warranty

LEITNER provides a warranty for the repaired device, the length of which may vary depending on the product type.

Device return

Once the repair is complete, we will send your device back to you as soon as possible.
