GD10 Cable Aéreo Manizales

In 2009, the company from South Tyrol constructed a 10-passenger gondola lift along one of the main arteries in Manizales, Columbia. The system transports passengers over a distance of two kilometers, at a capacity of 2,400 people per hour, from a regional bus station to the city center. It has calmed the city's sometimes chaotic traffic situation. As a result of this success, an extension to the next suburb, Villamaria, has been built.
