Skiing areas in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland are making targeted investments in modern ropeway solutions from LEITNER. The focus is on energy efficiency, automation, and sustainable modernization.

  • Hauser Kaibling:

    New 10-seater “Senderbahn” gondola lift with LeitPilot technology for autonomous station operation

    Capacity: up to 2,800 people/hour, operating speed: 6 m/s

    Comfortable Diamond EVO Deep cabins 

  • Dachstein West:

    2 new, comfortable chairlifts

    Weather protection hoods, seat heating, automatic safety bars

New installations in Switzerland

  • Matterhorn Ski Paradise :

    New 8-seater chairlift between Riffelberg and Gifthittli

    Focus on sustainability: solar panels, reused tower foundations, LEITNER DirectDrive

    Premium EVO chairs with protective hoods

    • Renovation of the 6-seater “Randolins” chairlift 

      Autonomous station operation with LeitPilot

    • Retrofit for the 4-seater “Lej da la Pêsch” chairlift: 

      Autonomous station operation with LeitPilot

      New upholstered chairs with locking safety bars and individual footrests

    • 4er-Sesselbahn „Kleiner Almberglift"

      Capacity: 1,400 people/hour

      Summer and winter operation for year-round service on both lifts
