A new 4-seater chairlift called CF4 “Ruška” has been built at Mariborsko Pohorje, Slovenia’s biggest ski resort. The Maribor ski area encompasses 35 kilometers of slopes and 14 ropeways and is known as a venue for ladies’ world cup competitions. Despite the relatively low altitudes, ski conditions are ideal because the slopes are looked after so well. This winter sports resort also features one of Europe’s longest night ski slopes as an added attraction. Almost 1.3 kilometers long, the new LEITNER ropeway has 102 chairsand can carry up to 2,000 passengers per hour.
