By investing in the new 6-seater chairlift “Doliny III”, Centralny Osrodek Sportu – Olimpic Preparation Center in Szcyrk is continuing on its journey of taking winter sport in Poland to the next level. The resort is one of the country’s largest and most popular skiing areas and offers slopes suitable for all skill levels. Beginners will find perfect skiing conditions on wide, perfectly prepared descents, while the black runs pose a genuine challenge to even the most experienced of skiers and snowboarders. The new 6-seater chairlift “Doliny III” replaces an old surface lift and, with its individual footrests and premium upholstery, provides a noticeable improvement in comfort. Taking just under four minutes to ascend the slope at a speed of 5 m/s, the ropeway can transport up to 1,800 passengers per hour – a considerable increase in capacity that makes winter sports in Szczyrk even more attractive.
