CD6 ISO SYÖTE EXPRESS

With the 6-seater chairlift “Iso Syöte Express”, LEITNER is making a significant contribution to the development of the Iso Syöte ski area in northern Finland. Thanks to the integrated bike transport solution, energy efficient LEITNER DriveDrive and a compact station design, the ropeway is perfectly suited to winter and summer operation alike. It represents a significant upgrade for the resort and increases its appeal to daytrippers from the nearby city of Oulu. The modern ropeway solution, which is LEITNER’s first in the multi-award-winning ski area, is to pave the way to the next stage of development and establish Iso Syöte as a premium destination. The “Iso Syöte Express” measures around 1 kilometer in length and features 57 chairs able to transport up to 2,800 passengers per hour. The combination of high capacity, smooth ride quality and all-weather operation offers greater comfort, shorter waiting times and reliable access to the main slopes of the ski area.
