Send the completed „repair request“ to spareparts@leitner.com by email. Our Repair Management team will promptly take care of it and contact you as soon as possible.
After receiving your “repair request”, we will provide you with an RMA code and all necessary details for the pickup of your device. LEITNER will take care of the organization of the pickup for you.
After a careful analysis of the device, we will send you a cost estimate that includes all necessary repairs.
LEITNER provides a warranty for the repaired device, the length of which may vary depending on the product type.
Once the repair is complete, we will send your device back to you as soon as possible.
We are happy to take care of the free pickup of your defective devices weighing under 30 kg throughout Europe.
You have the option to accept or reject the repair.
